1. From the main page, tap on the three line on the top left of your screen. It will open a tab with four categories to choose from EG. Cakes ; Flavours ; Occasions ; Desserts.
2. Next, pick the item you are looking for based on the main categories, and then sub categories given.
3. The page will load listings of products available based on your choices.
4. You can further filter your choice by tapping on the yellow ‘Filter’ bar at the bottom of your mobile site. From here, you can filter by price, delivery days , dessert features and category. You can also reset your choice by tapping reset if you are not satisfied with your filter, or tapping ‘X’ on the top of the listtings to start over your order.
5. Next, once you found the item you would like, tap on the the product photo or product title twice. Page will load to maximise the product you have picked.
6. Scroll down to read the product details, fill in the following as required by the site.
✓ Cake size or type
✓ Birthday topper
✓ Decoration
✓ Firework candles
✓ Delivery date ( compulsory even if self-pickup)
✓ Message on the cake ( compulsory )
✓ Delivery time ( compulsory )
✓ Receiver’s Name & Contact Number ( compulsory )
✓ Age ( for candles )
✓ Greeting card
✓ Extra Notes for delivery
✓ Quantity
7. Once you are satisfied, tap ‘Add to cart’. If you need assistance, you can tap on the green bar at the bottom of ‘Add to Cart’ to directly chat with our support team via WhatsApp.
8. A tab will open on the right side of your mobile, read the details and once you are satisfied with your order, Tap ‘Checkout’.
9. Kindly fill in Your Billing details and Shipping details. This is compulsory even if you wish to self-pickup your order.
10. Proceed with your payment.
11. If you wish to pay with a credit card but do not have a PayPal account, do not worry. You can still proceed to make payment by tapping on PayPal. After reading the privacy policy highlighted in yellow, tap ‘I have read and agree to desserts.my terms’ and Tap ‘Place Order’.
12. The page will refresh to Paypal login. Tap on ’Sign In’ if you already have an account, or tap ‘Create Account’ to make one. Fill in your credit card details, billing and shipping address, fill in your email and password to create a new account, tap on ‘Agree and Pay’. Then your order will be submitted.
13. At the end of this step, an order number will be generated, kindly keep your order number for future reference and order tracking.
14. Payment by direct bank transfer is easier. Once you chose this option, again after reading the privacy policy highlighted in yellow, tap ‘I have read and agree to dessert.my terms’. This will generate an order number that you must save to track your order.
15. Next, scroll down the order page to find our bank account details. Kindly make a payment to the website, write down your order number as a reference in the transaction. Provide us with the receipt as proof of payment via WhatsApp so that we can proceed to confirm your order with the vendor.
